ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL FLY TOGETHER WITH THEIR COACH FROM NEW YORK’S JFK AIRPORT.
ALL TRAVEL INFORMATION – INCLUDING TIMES, FLIGHT INFO, MEETING LOCATION – WILL BE
SENT TO YOU ONCE YOUR TRIP IS CONFIRMED.
Please
be sure to arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before your flight
is scheduled to depart. Your
coach will have the photo you provided and will be looking for you at the designated meeting place. All
coaches will be wearing Squash and Beyond World t-shirts to help you identify them.

Be sure to bring your PASSPORT!! Your coach will collect your passport and hold it for the duration of the trip.

YOUR COACH WILL ALSO COLLECT YOUR TICKET and hold that as well. We strongly recommend e-tickets when possible.

You will have the opportunity to call home once you arrive safely in your destination. Please make sure you know the best number to reach your parent(s) or guardian.

Be sure to carry the Squash & Beyond contact information so you will be able to reach your coach if you experience any delays in getting to the airport.
